SAT>IP: Video/Audio freeze (TS discontinuity)

Description

When watching a DVB-S channel via SAT>IP protocol (rtsp), the video/audio freezes.

Expected behavior

Channel should be played without problems.

Actual behavior

Example from log:

libvlc demux: libdvbpsi error (PSI decoder): TS discontinuity (received 5, expected 3) for PID 18

Steps to reproduce

1. Goto Browse -> local network
2. select the satip server
3. press a channel in the channellist
