Cannot stream Microsoft Media Stream (mms:)

Description

Running Microsoft Media Encoder 9.00.00.2980 32-bit on Windows PC. Can connect to the stream from VLC on Windows 64-bit 3.0.11. But on VLC on Android 3.4.4 trying to play the same stream results in an error "the location ... cannot be played".

Expected behavior

Should play steam.

Actual behavior

Cannot play stream.
