Audio podcast not resumed in some circumstances

Steps to reproduce
- Clear app data
- Don't let VLC index files in the onboarding
- Open a folder in the file browser
- Open an audio podcast (media > 1h long)
- Seek to a time and wait for 5 seconds
- Pause the playback
- Leave the app with home
- In the system (developer) settings, kill the
PlaybackService - Open the app again
- Without leaving the folder, relaunch the podcast -> it's not resumed
If you leave the folder and reopen it again -> it's resumed
