Issue with decoding Persian (RTL) subtitle

Description

Hi there, I'm trying to watch this soft subbed anime and subtitle words are not showing fine(show squares). But playing same video with same subtitle is rendering perfectly at MPV-Android and Samsung media player.

Show Persian subtitle correctly
