Deinterlacing option in sub-menu during playback

Description

I want to be able to activate manually deinterlacing during playback and chose an algorithm

Somme codec like UtVideo doesn't support automatic deinterlacing , and it's also usefull for getting 50/60hz video without re-encoding to a much larger file.

So being able to select a deinterlacing algorithm manually is really useful and as an option enable x2 frame rate is very convenient

Expected behavior

When i start a video i can go to sub menu and click on deinterlacing option then a popup windows open and i can chose between enabled , disabled or auto and on a drop-down list i can select the deinterlacing algorithm (a checkbox with x2 framerate would be a nice addition) then option are automatically updated
