Add ability to move subtitles position

Description

I'll keep it short, is there a way to add a moving subtitles position functionality in the Android App (iOS too obviously), either by touch (dragging the subtitles and moving them) or like in the desktop version - by indicating how many px to move.. It will make life easier for me and many other people on Reddit asking for this, I chose VLC for all of its nice features and customizations, its media types support, plugins, openness, and I hope you include this lacking feature or a way to enable it through VLC arguments I guess at least...
