No option to override SSA subtitles style

VLC 3.4.4 still lacks a feature requested 11 years ago (#3798) which is to override the SSA/ASS embedded subtitle styles.

Implementing this should be as simple as commenting some lines that parse embedded font size and color, so there's no possible explanation on why this feature is still unavailable. Embedded subtitle styles is one of the most ill-used features from these formats, even worse than Javascript popups.
