Missing cover.jpg network media indexation in VLC for Android

Description

While the desktop version displays cover art files in folders (e.g. cover.jpg files) via folder.c, there doesn't seem to be a corresponding feature in VLC for Android.

Expected behavior

VLC should display cover.jpg and the like inside album folders.
