Invalid best fit ratio when locale is changed in the settings

Description

Invalid video player width upon rotation change when locale is not default

Expected behavior

Same as the one without locale change

Steps to reproduce

1. Settings > Interface > Set Locale > Change to any non default locale
2. With your device in portrait, play a video
3. Change your devic eorientation => the width is incorrect
