Migrate from kotlin-android-extensions
Description
The kotlin-android-extensions gradle plugin has been deprecated. Synthetics are no longer recommended, and @Parcelize classes are supported by the kotlin-parcelize plugin.
Synthetics were removed from the codebase in !1281 (merged). This is a follow-on ticket to clean-up parcelize and gradle.
