Add options to play a stream whenever VLC-Android is started, and start VLC-Android when the system boots

In my home automation system I broadcast sometimes announcements over RTP multicast. To get the announcements, I have to start VLC on the phone and start listening to the stream. In addition, as expected, I have to do one-time adjustment to prevent the application from falling a sleep when in background.

Please extend VLC for android with the functions:

• play automatically a specific stream, like rtp://239.239.239.239:4444, whenever VLC is started
• start VLC on system boot
