Streaming from Nextcloud app does not work with VLC but with other apps

Description

When selecting the option in the Nextcloud app to stream a video file with an external app and selecting the vlc app there, it just loads forever and does not start playing. Playing with other video apps and from inside the app using the built-in videoplayer works for mp4 files but not with the vlc app.

Expected behavior

It should start playing the mp4 file and should do so directly.

Steps to reproduce

1. log in with your nextcloud of choice in the nextcloud app for android (3.19.0)
2. upload a large mp4 video file to your nextcloud (e.g. 200 MB)
3. navigate to the mp4 file in the nextcloud app
4. click on the three dots on the right side
5. select the stream with option
6. select vlc app
7. -> vlc opens and does not start playing
