VideoPlayer: EQ: values are reset on rotation

Description

The values of the equalizer are reset on device rotation when it is disabled.

Additionally, a popup is shown at every rotation and it is stacked when the equalizer is dismissed.

Expected behavior

The values of the equalizer should be kept even if it is disabled.

Actual behavior

The values are reset.

Additionally, a dialog is shown at every rotation and it is stacked when the equalizer is dismissed.

At the end of the sample video, multiple "do not save" was made with the stacked dialogs.

Steps to reproduce

1. Start playback
2. Show equalizer
3. Modify equalizer values
4. Disable equalizer
5. Rotate
