Video player: missing aspect ratios comparing to VLC desktop

Description

There are much more aspect ratios in vlc desktop than in VLC for Android.

Expected behavior

We should port all the existing ratio. Maybe it can be done in a list opened on long tap to avoid adding to many state on the aspect ratio loop.
