Audio Notification is Inconsistent on Android
Description
When using VLC to play music on my Moto G Stylus, the notification with media player controls is inconsistent. Sometimes it is there and sometimes it is not.
Expected behavior
The notification should be there when I am playing music.
Actual behavior
Most of the time the notification is not there and I have to return to the app to control my music.
Steps to reproduce
- Open VLC on Android
- Play Music
- No Notification
