Sleep timer not working when screen is off on Xiaomi Poco
Description
Sleep timer is never triggered when the screen is off.

Steps to reproduce
- Start playing audio
- Set a sleep timer for 2 minutes
- Turn the screen off
- After 2 minutes the audio is still playing
- Playback stops when screen is turned on again
