Duplicated Thumbnails

Certain events breaks thumbnails. Specifically, all videos in the same directory end up having the same thumbnail as one of them.

Description

One reliable way to trigger the bug is to

1. Wipe storage for VLC
2. Go through the tour
3. Select the browse tab
4. Go to internal storage
5. Go to a directory (e.g. dir/) with videos and .nomedia.
6. Go to a subdirectory (e.g. dir/subdir/) also with videos
7. Go back to parent directory (e.g. dir/)

At 5, the thumbnails are correct. At 6 all thumbnails in subdir is duplicates of some video. At 7 all thumbnails in dir is duplicates of some video in dir.

The target of duplication is not consistent across different runs of 1~7.

Expected behavior

Thumbnails be correct.

Actual behavior

Thumbnails are duplicated to some video in the same directory.
