Android 10 x265 full acceleration issue - Probably resolution or buffer size issue ?

Software Android 10 VLC 3.4.3

Issue:

Red / green square / line on the movie.

I have an issue with Android 10 with x265 (HEVC only) (x264 movie dont do this) only with hardware acceleration to full or Auto.

If I disable hardware acceleration or set partiel acceleration, it work but it is very slow.

I also tried my Fire Cube 2nd generation with Android 9, the issue is not there, it's working on full acceleration.

Step:

1. Download an HVEC x265 movie

2. Cross-finger (only 1 on 2 work)

Example : Last.Night.in.Soho.2021.2160p.WEB-DL.DDP5.1.Atmos.HDR.HEVC-EVO

Doesn't work, green / red square lines is on the screen while playing

Last.Night.in.Soho.2021.2160p.UHD.BluRay.x265-B0MBARDiERS

Same movie, same codec and it's working with full acceleration

Do I miss something?

The only this difference is the resolution size 3840x1608 (same movie and it's working), and the 3836x1602 resolution create the issue on my TV.

Maybe the resolution size create a buffer size issue somewhere and dont like the full acceleration?
