Pop-up player: Resizing should be limited

Description

With the resize pop-up player option activated, it could be interesting to set a limit a min/max size.

For example if the user resizes the player to be too small, the user won't be able to interact with the interface since the layout will be too small/broken.

When the interface is too big, it seems that the player doesn't show the content fully.

Expected behavior

Unable to reduce and make the player disappear or make it way to big.

Actual behavior

Currently the user can resize as wanted
