.mkv files are not loading

.mkv files are not clearly viewable

Description

When I open the .mkv file/video on VLC, at some moments it was showing some unexpected behaviours, and the screen or video was quite blur or fuzzy (sorry I am bad at explanation, plz refer to screenshots 😅). I thought that the problem was with my device. To check that I downloaded another application and opened the same file on it. It was working fine on that application without any issues and video was all clear.

Expected behavior : Video should have played clearly without any glitches (refer to screenshots).

Actual behavior : Video was having some unclear scenes at some specific moments only.

Steps to reproduce

1. Download the file from https://nyaa.si/download/1475952.torrent (I doubt that you support this, even if you don't then also please check this issue).
2. Video will show some unclear scenes and will lag around 1:37.
