VLC scan onboarding option not working

Description

While onboarding, if you uncheck the Let VLC scan my device for media content, the device internal memory is scanned.

Expected behavior

The ML folders is empty.

Actual behavior

The internal memory is added to the ML.

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear app's data
2. During onboarding, in the Auto-discover your media screen, uncheck the Let VLC scan my device for media content switch
3. Finish the onboarding 4.The app scans the whole internal memory
