Video player: when repeat (one/all) is on, media progress should be ignored
Description
When playback repeat is on, the video media should not resume from the last saved position for repeated playbacks.

Steps to reproduce
- Play a video that have a saved position
- Enable repeat one or repeat all
- When the media playback ends and is restarted, the media starts with the saved position
