Audio player: gestures should be replaced by controls on large screens

Description

On large screens and especially on chromebooks, the audio player gestures are counter intuitive to perform and there is enough space to substitute them by controls.

Swipe the mini player current track for previous / next
Swipe a track in the play queue to dismiss it
Drag and drop a track in the play queue to reorder
The corresponding help pages in the tips should not be shown
