Bookmarks: List is not scrollable

Description

If more than nine bookmarks are added the additional entries are no longer visible within the app. If entries 1-9 are deleted, bookmarks 10-n will become visible. (The max will vary based on screen size)

Expected behavior

The list of bookmarks should be scrollable.

Steps to reproduce

1. Switch to cover mode and access the overflow menu
2. Navigate to bookmarks
3. Create more than nine bookmarks
4. Attempt to access bookmark ten
5. Observe you cannot browse to the bottom of the list
6. Repeat the steps above starting in playlist mode
7. Observe you can scroll bookmarks when loaded in playlist mode
8. Switch back to cover mode after initially loading bookmarks in playlist mode
9. Observe the bookmark menu loaded in cover mode is now scrollable
