Network audio media meta issues
Description
When playing a media from a network share, the media metadata are not updated correctly:
- in the play queue: you have to play the media 2 times to get the right title. Before that the file name is displayed instead
- in the medialibrary: the saved title for this external media is always the filename, no matter what.
- Also, we never save the artwork in the dedicated folder and the media as a blank artwork instead
It seems that relaxing the condition to call PlaylistManager.refreshTrackMeta improves that behavior.

- Play two audio media from a SMB share
- Both of them are displayed as "file.mp3" in the play queue
- Tap next (same)
- Tap previous: the first media metadata has been updated (displayed as "Track name")
