Video restarts at the end of the video

Description

When I play a short video with repeat active it restarts at the last second.

Expected behavior

Play the video again from the beginning of the video.

Actual behavior

Play the video again from the end of the video.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a short video in VLC.
2. Enable repeat in the context menu.
3. Watch it to the end.
4. See the bug.
