Subtitle downloader doesnt react to network change
When you open the vlc player without turning on the mobile data / wifi, then turn it on from notification bar, the downloader shows internet is unavailable
Description
The subtitles downloader is not reacting to the network changes, if you accidentally open the app without turning on internet, you wont be able to use subtitle downloader.
Expected behavior
Subtitles downloader should check for internet connection when the activity / fragment is rendered.
Actual behavior
Currently it shows internet not available even when wifi / mobile data is on.
Steps to reproduce
- Turn off mobile data / wifi
- Open the app
- Click on a video, and open subtitles downloader
- It will show internet is not available
- Turn on the mobile data / wifi
- When you open it, it will still say internet is not available
