VLC 3.3.4 Andoird Unable to Access Multile Streams Using Same Name when History Enabled

Using VLC 3.3.4 on Samsung Gallery Tablet (SM-T51) Android (v11) Go to streams rtsp://10.250.127.205:8554/N3000 rtsp://10.250.127.181:8554/N3000 rtsp://10.250.127.156:8554/N3000

Using the default settings (which has Playback History Checked) Opening the first stream works as expected, however whenever I try to open another stream that has a different IP address but the same Stream Name it defaults to whatever is saved in the history. (even rebooting same issue) If I clear VLC Data from System Settings, disable Playback history. Then I can open each RTSP stream without an issue.

But once I try and save one to a playlist, it then becomes history and can no longer open any other links.

We are a local government looking to use Android Tablets with VLC to steam the electric exhibits to Jurors from an AMX N3132 Encoder to VLC. But we wanted to share the tablets between courtrooms thus why we need to access different room's streams. Unfortunately we can't change the /N3000 in the stream.
