First use of "Dump media database" opens the App Info

Description

After clearing the data, the first attempt to dump the media database will open the App Info instead of dumping the database. Going back to the advanced settings and retrying will correctly dump the database

Expected behavior

The database is dumped the first time

Actual behavior

App Info gets opened

Steps to reproduce

1. Clear your data
2. Launch VLC with no or a limited amount of folders to analyze (or not, but it's just faster since you can't dump while the medialib is indexing :) )
3. Go to settings -> advanced
4. Try to dump the database
5. Notice that the App Info gets opened instead of the database being dumped
