Credentials dialog on TV : 2 small issues

Description

There are 2 issues on the Android TV credentials dialog :

• cancel and ok buttons can't be focus
• if you want to quit this dialog without fill it, you have to click on back button. But the first time you click, the dialog relaunch itself. You have to click back a second time.
