Thumbnails generated by Android are not deleted when media disappears

Description

When a thumbnail is generated by the Android API, the file is never deleted when the media is removed from the medialibrary

A fix would be dependent to !988 (merged) as we need theses files to be name after the media id to be able to remove them when we get the suppression callback.
