Audio/Subtitle delay UX improvement

Description

If you fail setting the right delay and want to seek back in the video to start over, the delay dialog has to be closed before. You then have to go back through all the tap procedure to open the delay dialog back

Expected behavior

You can seek in the video while the dialog is opened.
