Folders with special characters are inaccessible through FTP

Accessing a folder with a special character (&, #, etc.) is impossible.

Description

I have a FTP with some folders that have special characters in it's name, like "&", "#", etc.

These folders are inaccessible, because VLC doesn't handle these characters correctly, thus the "request" to access them are incorrect.

Expected behavior

Access folders with special characters through FTP.

Actual behavior

Accessing folders with special characters through FTP is impossible.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a folder in a FTP with a special character in it's name ("Foo & Bar" or "Foo # Bar" for example).
2. Inside this folder, put a video file and/or a subfolder.
3. In VLC for Android try access the video file and the subfolder inside the folder with special character.
4. The folder with special characts is accessible but the video file and subfolder are inaccessible.
