subtitle picker problem

Expected behavior

I expect that when I click on the select subtitle file, subtitle picker be shown.

Actual behavior

When I click on the select subtitle file sometimes it is shown correctly but other times it flickers like the Video I've sent below and it became impossible to select subtitles. I couldn't find any logic when actually this happens.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a video
2. Click on the Select subtitle file
