VLC Android subtitles cause video to stutter/ drop frames

Description

Video to stutter/ drop frames at the time of subtitle display when playing MPEG-TS HD or any other content with DVB subtitles.

SWSCALE problem with scalling Subtitles ?

Expected behavior

Smooth playback no matter if subtitles gets draw

Actual behavior

Drop frames when subtitles are getting draw

Steps to reproduce

1.Play HD Movie 2.Run DVB Subtitles 3. Drop frame on every subtitles draw
