Soft switching between streams from master playlist HLS

I found a problem while switching between streams from master playlist. VLC player first loads the last playlist from the master playlist and this is normal behavior. But then, before switching to best playlist player begins download and buffering chunk from best playlist and stops playing.

This behavior have to be invisible from user. Most media players doing like this.

Can you fix it?
