Android 3D aspect ratio enhancement

When playing Side-By-Side 3D video it is desirable to be able to set the aspect ratio to 32:9 and 8:3

Why:

On 2D screens this will show one of the views fullscreen. On some 3D screens this allows the 3D effect to work properly.
