NEED ability to take screenshots from the video (in android app)

Need ability to take screenshots from the video in VLC player (not just screen capture) reason why:

1. (if you use Power + Vol-) the screenshot will be with black bars and the size will weigh more.
2. if you do a capture from the video file:

• no need to crop anything
• file size will be smaller Effort less. Benefit more.
