no long enumerates with android auto

jenkins@965679b1f3d0 2018-04-05 revision cedc1837 broke the interface to the Android Auto app so that VLC no longer enumerates when a Pixel plugs into a Honda as an available (and controllable) audio playback device. It can still playback (and be controlled) as a Bluetooth device but not as an Android Auto USB connected device.
