Clear history does not delete all history (current video)

• VLC version: 3.2.12, from Google Play store
• Android version: 10
• Device: Pixel 2

Issue: Clearing history does not remove the last/current video played from the queue. Thus, it is available to resume playing, even when the app is set to not record history at all or after clearing media database and history.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Go to settings, uncheck "Playback history"
2. play any video for a few seconds, then stop playback, go back to UI
3. Go to settings, advanced, tap "Clear playback history"
4. Open menu, go to Video. Displays screen with "no media files found" message.
5. On video screen, hit three-dot menu on the right, tap "resume playback"

EXPECTED: No playback because the history is supposed to be cleared

ACTUAL: Video played in step 2 resumes playing.

Same results when also clearing media database.

Same results when also hitting "quit and restart application".
