MP3 + CDG not working when resuming

Description

When you play an mp3 file + CDG for karaoke, it works well the first time. If you leave it as it's not finished:

• the app doesn't respect the Settings > Video > Resule played videos > Ask / Never preference
• if the player resumes the playback, the video part of the karaoke is not launched until a seek is done

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a mp3 + cdg file and leave before the end
2. Play this file again -> no video
3. Seek -> the video appears
