Seeking skips ahead for long ogg audio files

Description

When I try to seek long (>30min) ogg audio files (by dragging the dot in the Track view horizontally), the dot always jumps ahead by several minutes. It does not stay at the position where I dragged it to (e.g. I drag it to 20min and it jumps to 24min).

Expected behavior

Seeking to the desired position (as in VLC-Desktop). This works for mp3 on VLC-Android.

Actual behavior

After lifting my finger, VLC seeks ahead by several minutes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Open a long ogg file: long-ogg-file-audacity.zip
2. Try to seek.
