Power Button, Sleep & Screen Timeout Exits Video in TV Interface Mode

In TV interface mode returning from sleep exits the video and shows the browser which makes it much more difficult to resume playback.
The standard mode keeps the video open when the screen is turned back on.

Steps to reproduce

1. Turn on TV Interface Mode
2. Play a video
3. Press the Power Button to turn screen off
4. Press the Power Button again to turn screen on
5. VLC is now showing the browser rather than the video that was playing
