Filenames that contain spaces in m3u playlists are ignored

Filenames that contain spaces in m3u playlists are ignored. I have lots playlists where every filename contains spaces and these playlists are shown with 0 entries in VLC player on Android. They work flawless with VLC Player on Debian.

Description

This works:

#EXTINF:789,The Eagles - Hotel California.mp3
The%20Eagles%20-%20Hotel%20California.mp3

This not:

#EXTINF:874,The Who - My Generation
05 - The Who - My Generation.ogg

Seems like VLC player on Android only accepts m3u playlists with encoded spaces and maybe encoded special characters as well.

Expected behavior

Play all Songs.

Actual behavior

Songs with not-encoded spaces are not played and are not shown in playlists.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have a playlist that contains filenames that contain not encoded spaces
  2. Playlist does not show those filenames
  3. Cannot play these files from the playlist
