Network : Playback of next file starts at position of previous file, when launched from other app

Issue reported by a user and reproduced.

Steps to reproduce

1. open a local network share in CX file explorer app
2. select a video file for playback in VLC
3. watch or skip forward to some arbitrary timestamp in the video
4. switch app to CX file explorer
5. select some other video file for playback in VLC
6. when VLC comes up again, instead of playing back this second file form the beginning, it will start playing the new file from the old time position where you left it in step 3

The issue doesn't appear to be present with files on local storage.
