Chromecast : If playback speed is modified, audio is always at normal speed.

Description

During Chromecast, if you speed up or down playback speed, audio si always at normal speed.

Expected behavior

Playback Speed should work or we should disable this feature.

Note : It's not a regression, and it was already the same behavior in 3.2.12

Steps to reproduce

1. Play a video and modify playback speed
2. Enable Chromecast
