[bug] Language switching not working in Android TV interface

Description

This bug is happening since the change of the layout in version 3.3.0. The Android TV interface can't correctly change the language of the UI if you switch to an other language than the system default. Many menu items and the whole setting menu are still remain in the system language. The default app layout change the language correctly, this only affects the Android TV UI. Versions 3.2.x and below don't have this issue and switch all items correctly to the given language.

the translation should fully switch

Actual behavior

Elements like All videos, Artists, Genres, Tracks....and the whole setting menu are not translated

Steps to reproduce

1. switch to Android TV interface
2. change the language from menu
3. check the whole translation

App version

from 3.3.0 to current

10
