Pixelated/Glitchy playback of h264 (High 10) yuv420p10le video that works fine on mpv-android & desktop vlc

While every video so far has worked, when I play the attached video on my android phone it is glitchy/pixelated. It works fine on mpv-android, desktop vlc and with desktop mpv.

Expected behavior

To play without glitches and pixelated blocks appearing.

Glitches and pixelated blocks appear

Steps to reproduce

1. Use default settings
2. Play attached video on phone and see if you have any issues
