Import and export playlists for easy transfer

Description

I have factory reset and updated my phone with custom roms and I have switched devices before, and every time I have to recreate my 5-6 playlists of my 300 songs. It takes me over an hour to do this, and it is really annoying, especially when it could be so much simpler.

I would suggest a SQLite script built into the app (however that works) which can read a .xspf file and will only create the playlist with matching song name, album, etc. (to prevent duplicates or errors)

Expected behavior

Export button for playlists, choose playlist, choose where to save file, saves playlist as .xspf files.

Import button for playlists, choose where to open file, opens .xspf file, creates playlist inside VLC.
