Cannot select subtiles for videos from File Manager

Description

When opening a video from a file manager that uses the SAF, you cannot select subtitles as the root is set to something like Browser > Document

Expected behavior

Fallback to the internal storage in this case

Actual behavior

Steps to reproduce

1. Using the File app of an emulator, open a video in VLC
2. Try to select a subtitle
